Alice’s Kitchen sells well at Food as Medicine Symposium

February 10, 2018, Alice’s Kitchen sold well at the National University of Naturopathic Medicine‘s Food as Medicine Symposium. Since my beloved grandfather, Dr. Anton Ganamey, was a doctor who said “You are what you eat!” years before the slogan came back into popularity, and since my beloved mother, Alice, reminded me “If you make it with love, it will be delicious!” years before cooking with love came back into popularity, our book was a well received natural at this symposium.

Lebanese Spring Beet salad with parsley, scallion, lemon, EVO, and garlic is delicious, seasonal, and healthy!
